The DMR Method: Relieving Neck and Back Pain Nonsurgically

MY INTERVIEW WITH DR. PETE L’ALLIER ABOUT THE DMR METHOD

Dr. Pete L'Allier

I was impressed to learn of a promising nonsurgical method for treating disk herniations and back and neck pain. I’ve had two bouts of muscle spasms in my lower back in the last month so I got a taste of how debilitating back pain can be. I’m gad that people like Dr. Pete L’Allier are determined to help back pain sufferers get the help they need.

I’ve been getting treated by Dr. Pete for nearly ten years and I swear by him. Not only is he a dedicated chiropractor who truly cares about his patients, he is a devoted husband and a loving, wonderful dad to his two kids, which is my litmus test for character and integrity. If I made a list of the most honorable people I know, Dr. Pete’s name would be at the top.

I wrote the following article about the DMR Method for Dr. Pete and the Hopkins Health & Wellness Center.

BAD NEWS FOR BACK SURGEONS, GOOD NEWS FOR YOU

If you or someone you know has a herniated disc or challenging neck and back pain, the nonsurgical, drug-free DMR (Decompress, Mobilize and Rehabilitate) Method may be the answer you’ve been searching and hoping for.

In a two-year clinical case study conducted by Hopkins Health & Wellness Center in partnership with the Center for Diagnostic Imaging, one of the largest diagnostic imaging groups in the country, post-treatment MRIs revealed that the disk herniation in an astonishing 96.4 percent of participants were partially or fully healed. Yes, your dreams of once again living an active life and doing the things you love to do may be within your reach!

The revolutionary DMR Method, developed by a team of physical therapists and chiropractors at Hopkins Health & Wellness Center, has received the stamp of approval by a consulting orthopedist and two neurosurgeons. This 10-week protocol for treating disc herniation not only relieves pain, it provides a long-term corrective solution without the risks associated with surgical intervention. It relies on a uniquely designed blend of physical therapy (including oscillating decompression therapy and cold laser therapy), chiropractic care and an enlightened self-care program (including stretching, exercise, nutrition and improved body mechanics).

This life-changing method restores you to optimal health by first improving the mobility of your spine, which naturally leads to better alignment, which then allows us to strengthen, balance and stabilize your spine. The key to success is performing those three steps—mobility, alignment, stabilization—in that precise order under the care and supervision of physical therapists and chiropractors working harmoniously in pursuit of a common goal.

The news gets even more exciting, because we’ll soon be launching Phase Two of the study with brand-new MRI technology that will allow us to precisely measure how much the DMR Method has strengthened your spine.
