Tom Hanks in “Toddlers and Tiaras”

As the dad of the best girl ever, I especially enjoyed this Toddlers & Tiaras spoof starring Tom Hanks and his six-year-old “daughter,” Sophie. It aired on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on February 27, 2011. It makes me smile thinking of all the fun Tom and Sophie must have had making it. Here’s to making wonderful ‘Daddy and Daughter’ memories together!

I caught references to Turner and Hooch, Big, and Forrest Gump. How about you? :)

I also caught a reference to “Saving Private Ryan”: “Earn this.” Brilliant! I’m sure I missed others. Hopefully, other people will add to the list!

Also Bosom Buddies and Apollo 13.

  4. Phil Bolsta Says:

Yes, I did catch the “Houston, we have a problem” takeoff by Ron Howard at the end, but what was the Bosom Buddies reference, Cathy? Enlighten me, please!
