  1. ArrVee Says:

that is definitely a great take-away – to consider as well what “to be” during the day instead of just what “to do”. This makes us aware of the need to build up our spiritual wealth and health, instead of just focusing on the material and temporal items of this world, which invariably leave us empty at the end of the day (literally and figuratively, I might add).

as well, practicing these positive emotions have a multiplier effect on other people, some of which are not readily apparent to us, or even them.

  2. Phil Bolsta Says:

Yes, it’s all about balance, ArrVee. We must both be and do in order to remain in balance. And yes, the greatest gift you can give others is the example of your own life working.

  3. Sharon Says:

Great interview. Thank you for making me aware of Lauren and James book. I resinated with James words that sometimes a person forgets to be happy. I think that happened in my first marriage. If only we could go back and start our lives over with all this wisdom. This is why young people need to listen to experienced people.

  4. Phil Bolsta Says:

You’re right, Sharon. Unfortunately, the people most in need of learning such wisdom are usually the least likely to seek it out or even listen to it.
