My mom was a dancer for years; a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall. She sent me that video.
I will never complain about aches and pains again…I’m 55….and think I am going to sign up for swing dance/salsa lessons very soon!! Alberta is out of this world. May she go on for years!

This is by far the best video I have ever seen! Who is this incredible woman? I haven’t been able to find out anything about her at all other than she’s 87…. does anyone know?
I am 57 years YOUNG (since I watched the video)! I will be taking up dancing very soon…music, fun, happy…yes!

What can I say, I loved dancing so much, and did quite a lot of itbefore the MAN UPSTAIRS decded I had too much, and made me a cripple. And I thought HE was a good guy! Anyway, I thought that lady was phenomenal.

I just love her for that!! It brought joy of tears to my eyes.
She is absoutely a great inspiration to me.
I would love to be able to keep going like her at her age God willing.
